מה אנחנו אוספים

פרטי חשבון. כתובת מייל, כינוי שבחרת, רמת הערבית שבחרת בהרשמה, והעדפת התצוגה שלך (כתב ערבי, תעתיק או שניהם). אם נרשמת עם סיסמה, היא נשמרת בצורה מוצפנת ואיננו יכולים לראות אותה. אם נכנסת עם Google או Apple, נקבל מהם את כתובת המייל שלך ומזהה חשבון. Apple מאפשרת להסתיר את כתובת המייל האמיתית, ובמקרה כזה נקבל כתובת מוסתרת בלבד.

הפעילות שלך באפליקציה. המילים ששמרת במילון האישי, הסרטונים שסימנת כמועדפים, התוצאות שלך במשחקי התרגול, השיעורים שהשלמת והסימונים שלך עליהם ("אני יודע" / "לחזור לזה").

נתוני צפייה. לכל סרטון אנחנו שומרים סיכום: כמה פעמים צפית בו, מאיפה הגעת אליו (הפיד, החיפוש או המועדפים), כמה פעמים גללת הלאה בלי לצפות, כמה פעמים צפית עד הסוף, ומשך הצפייה הכולל. מדובר בשורת סיכום אחת לכל סרטון ולא ברישום של כל צפייה בנפרד. המידע הזה נועד לשפר בעתיד את התאמת הסרטונים בפיד.

מה אנחנו לא אוספים

אין באפליקציה כלי מעקב, אנליטיקס או פרסומות. איננו אוספים מיקום, אנשי קשר, תמונות, מספר טלפון או פרטי תשלום. איננו עוקבים אחריך באפליקציות או באתרים אחרים, ואיננו משתמשים במזהה פרסומי.

איפה המידע נשמר, ומי עוד רואה אותו

איננו מוכרים מידע ואיננו משתפים אותו לצורכי פרסום. כדי להפעיל את האפליקציה אנחנו נעזרים בכמה שירותים חיצוניים:

Supabase מאחסנת את מסד הנתונים ואת מערכת ההתחברות. כל המידע שתואר למעלה נשמר אצלה, בשרתים באיחוד האירופי (פריז). המערכת בנויה כך שכל משתמש יכול לגשת רק למידע שלו.

Mux מזרימה את הסרטונים. כשסרטון מתנגן, השירות רואה את כתובת ה-IP של המכשיר ואיזה סרטון התבקש — אך לא את החשבון שלך או את כתובת המייל.

Google ו-Apple מקבלות מידע רק אם בחרת להתחבר דרכן, ואז הן יודעות שנכנסת למופיד. כאשר נמחק חשבון שנפתח דרך Apple, אנחנו מודיעים לה לנתק את הקשר בין החשבון לאפליקציה.

Expo מספקת את מנגנון העדכונים. בבדיקת עדכון היא רואה את כתובת ה-IP ואת גרסת האפליקציה.

כלי בינה מלאכותית משמשים אותנו בהכנת התוכן — לתמלול ולתרגום של הסרטונים לפני פרסומם. הכלים האלה מקבלים אך ורק את תוכן הסרטונים, ולעולם לא מידע על משתמשים.

על המכשיר עצמו נשמרים פרטי ההתחברות שלך, כדי שלא תצטרך להיכנס מחדש בכל פתיחה, וכן העדפות תצוגה.

כמה זמן שומרים

כל עוד החשבון שלך קיים. כשמוחקים את החשבון, כל המידע נמחק מיד. עותקי גיבוי של המערכת נשמרים לתקופה מוגבלת ונמחקים לאחר מכן באופן אוטומטי.

מחיקת חשבון ושליטה במידע

אפשר למחוק את החשבון בכל עת מתוך האפליקציה: הגדרות ← מחיקת חשבון. המחיקה סופית ובלתי הפיכה, וכוללת את החשבון, המילון האישי, ההתקדמות בשיעורים, המועדפים ונתוני הצפייה.

את הכינוי ואת רמת הערבית אפשר לשנות בכל עת בהגדרות.

אם תרצה לקבל עותק של המידע שלך, לתקן אותו או למחוק אותו — פנה אלינו במייל ונענה בתוך 30 יום.

ילדים

מופיד אינה מיועדת לילדים מתחת לגיל 13, ואיננו אוספים ביודעין מידע עליהם. אם ייוודע לנו שנפתח חשבון כזה, נמחק אותו.

אבטחה

כל התקשורת בין האפליקציה לשרתים מוצפנת, והגישה למידע מוגבלת כך שכל משתמש רואה רק את המידע שלו. אף מערכת אינה חסינה לחלוטין, אך אנו נוקטים אמצעים סבירים כדי להגן על המידע.

האתר

באתר mufeedarabic.com אין כלי מעקב, אנליטיקס או עוגיות פרסום. ייתכן שספק האחסון ושירות הטופס מציבים עוגיות טכניות הדרושות לאבטחה ולתפעול.

אם השארת פרטים בטופס ההרשמה לעדכון על ההשקה, השם והמייל נשמרים אצל Tally — השירות שמפעיל את הטופס — ומשמשים אך ורק כדי להודיע לך כשהאפליקציה זמינה. אפשר לבקש מאיתנו להסיר אותם בכל עת.

שינויים במדיניות

המדיניות הזו מתארת את המצב נכון לתאריך שבראש העמוד. אם נשנה משהו מהותי — למשל נתחיל לאסוף סוג מידע חדש, נוסיף כלי מדידה או נשתף מידע עם גורם נוסף — נעדכן את המסמך ונודיע על כך באפליקציה לפני שהשינוי ייכנס לתוקף. במקרים שבהם נדרשת הסכמה, נבקש אותה.

What we collect

Account details. Your email address, the nickname you chose, the Arabic level you selected at signup, and your display preference (Arabic script, transliteration, or both). If you registered with a password, it is stored encrypted and we cannot see it. If you signed in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address and an account identifier from them. Apple allows you to hide your real email address, in which case we receive only a relay address.

Your activity in the app. The words you saved to your personal dictionary, the videos you bookmarked as favorites, your results in the practice games, the lessons you completed and your marks on them ("I know this" / "come back to this").

Viewing data. For each video we store a summary: how many times you watched it, where you came to it from (the feed, search, or favorites), how many times you scrolled past without watching, how many times you watched to the end, and total viewing time. This is a single summary row per video, not a log of each individual view. This information is intended to improve video recommendations in the feed in the future.

What we do not collect

The app contains no tracking tools, no analytics, and no advertising. We do not collect location, contacts, photos, phone number, or payment details. We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not use an advertising identifier.

Where the information is stored, and who else sees it

We do not sell information and we do not share it for advertising purposes. To operate the app we rely on several external services:

Supabase hosts the database and the authentication system. All the information described above is stored there, on servers in the European Union (Paris). The system is built so that each user can access only their own information.

Mux streams the videos. When a video plays, the service sees the device's IP address and which video was requested — but not your account or email address.

Google and Apple receive information only if you chose to sign in through them, in which case they know you signed in to MuFeed. When an account created through Apple is deleted, we notify Apple to sever the link between the account and the app.

Expo provides the update mechanism. When checking for an update it sees the IP address and the app version.

AI tools are used in preparing content — for transcribing and translating videos before publication. These tools receive only the video content, never any user information.

On the device itself we store your login credentials, so you do not have to sign in each time you open the app, and your display preferences.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, all your information is deleted immediately. System backups are retained for a limited period and are then deleted automatically.

Account deletion and control over your information

You can delete your account at any time from within the app: Settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and irreversible, and includes the account, personal dictionary, lesson progress, favorites, and viewing data.

You can change your nickname and Arabic level at any time in Settings.

If you would like to receive a copy of your information, correct it, or delete it — contact us by email and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

MuFeed is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information about them. If we learn that such an account has been created, we will delete it.

Security

All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted, and access is restricted so that each user sees only their own information. No system is entirely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

The website

The website mufeedarabic.com has no tracking tools, no analytics, and no advertising cookies. Our hosting provider and the form service may set technical cookies required for security and operation.

If you left your details in the launch notification form, your name and email are stored with Tally — the service that operates the form — and are used solely to notify you when the app becomes available. You may ask us to remove them at any time.

Changes to this policy

This policy describes the state of affairs as of the date at the top of this page. If we change something material — for example, begin collecting a new type of information, add a measurement tool, or share information with an additional party — we will update this document and notify you in the app before the change takes effect. Where consent is required, we will ask for it.
