השירות

מופיד היא אפליקציה ללימוד ערבית פלסטינית מדוברת, המבוססת על קטעי וידאו קצרים המוצגים לצד כתוביות, תעתיק, תרגום וניתוח לשוני, לצד שיעורים, מילון וכלי תרגול.

חשבון משתמש

השימוש בשירות מחייב פתיחת חשבון. בפתיחת חשבון אתה מתחייב שהמידע שמסרת נכון, שאתה בן 13 לפחות, ושהחשבון מיועד לשימושך האישי בלבד. אינך רשאי לשתף את פרטי הכניסה שלך עם אחרים.

אתה אחראי לשמירת סודיות פרטי הכניסה ולכל פעילות שתתבצע בחשבונך. אפשר למחוק את החשבון בכל עת מתוך האפליקציה, בהגדרות.

מה מותר

אתה רשאי להשתמש בתוכן המופיע במופיד לצורכי לימוד אישי: לצפות בסרטונים, לקרוא ולהשתמש בתרגומים ובתעתיקים, ללמוד את השיעורים, לשמור מילים למילון האישי ולתרגל אותן.

מה אסור

הורדה, שמירה והפצה. אין להוריד את הסרטונים, להקליט אותם, לצלם אותם באופן שיטתי או לשמר אותם בכל דרך אחרת, ואין להפיץ אותם מחדש בכל פלטפורמה.

העתקה של התוכן הלימודי. אין להעתיק, לחלץ, לאסוף או לשכפל את התמלולים, התעתיקים, התרגומים, ניתוחי המילים, ערכי המילון או השיעורים — לא באופן ידני ולא באמצעים אוטומטיים — ואין לעשות בהם שימוש מחוץ לאפליקציה.

איסוף אוטומטי. אין להשתמש בתוכנות, בסקריפטים או בכלים אוטומטיים כדי לאסוף מידע מהשירות, ואין לנסות לגשת אליו בדרך שאינה הממשק הרשמי של האפליקציה.

שימוש מסחרי. אין לעשות שימוש מסחרי בתוכן המופיע במופיד, לרבות הוראה בתשלום, פרסום חומרי לימוד, או שילובו במוצר אחר, ללא אישור מראש ובכתב.

שימוש לרעה. אין לנסות לפגוע בשירות, לעקוף מגבלות אבטחה, או להשתמש בו בניגוד לדין.

זכויות בתוכן

התוכן הלימודי שייך לנו. התמלולים, התעתיקים, התרגומים, ניתוחי המילים, ערכי המילון, השיעורים ותכני האפליקציה הם יצירה מקורית של מופיד ומוגנים בזכויות יוצרים. השימוש בהם מותר בתוך האפליקציה בלבד ולצורכי לימוד אישי.

סרטונים שהופקו על ידי מופיד — המסומנים באפליקציה כסרטונים שפורסמו במקור על ידינו — הם רכושנו המלא, וכל ההגבלות שלעיל חלות עליהם.

יתר קטעי הווידאו מוצגים כחומר לימוד. פרטים על מדיניות התוכן וזכויות היוצרים, ועל דרך הפנייה בבקשות הסרה, נמצאים בעמוד זכויות יוצרים.

שינויים בשירות

אנו רשאים לשנות, להוסיף או להסיר תכונות ותכנים. השירות ניתן כיום ללא תשלום, ואנו רשאים להוסיף בעתיד תכנים או תכונות בתשלום — במקרה כזה נודיע על כך מראש, והתכנים שכבר זמינים לך לא ייחסמו ללא הודעה.

סיום השימוש

אתה רשאי להפסיק את השימוש ולמחוק את חשבונך בכל עת. אנו רשאים להשעות או לסגור חשבון שמפר את התנאים האלה, ובמקרה של הפרה חמורה — גם ללא התראה מוקדמת.

אחריות

השירות ניתן כפי שהוא. אנו משקיעים מאמץ רב בדיוק התרגומים, התעתיקים והשיעורים, אך איננו מתחייבים שהם נקיים מטעויות או מתאימים לכל מטרה. מופיד היא כלי לימוד ואינה תחליף לשירותי תרגום מקצועיים.

איננו מתחייבים שהשירות יהיה זמין ברציפות וללא תקלות. במידה המרבית המותרת בדין, לא נישא באחריות לנזק עקיף הנובע מהשימוש בשירות.

שונות

תנאים אלה כפופים לדיני מדינת ישראל, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בתל אביב.

אם נעדכן את התנאים, נעדכן את התאריך בראש העמוד ונודיע על שינוי מהותי באפליקציה.

The service

MuFeed is an app for learning Palestinian Spoken Arabic, based on short video clips presented alongside subtitles, transliteration, translation and linguistic analysis, together with lessons, a dictionary and practice tools.

User account

Using the service requires creating an account. In creating an account you confirm that the information you provided is accurate, that you are at least 13 years old, and that the account is for your personal use only. You may not share your login credentials with others.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app, in Settings.

What you may do

You may use the content in MuFeed for personal learning: watch the videos, read and use the translations and transliterations, study the lessons, save words to your personal dictionary and practice them.

What you may not do

Downloading, saving and distribution. You may not download the videos, record them, systematically capture them, or preserve them in any other way, and you may not redistribute them on any platform.

Copying the learning content. You may not copy, extract, harvest or reproduce the transcriptions, transliterations, translations, word analyses, dictionary entries or lessons — whether manually or by automated means — and you may not use them outside the app.

Automated collection. You may not use software, scripts or automated tools to collect information from the service, and you may not attempt to access it other than through the app's official interface.

Commercial use. You may not make commercial use of the content in MuFeed, including paid teaching, publishing learning materials, or incorporating it into another product, without prior written permission.

Misuse. You may not attempt to damage the service, circumvent security measures, or use it in violation of the law.

Rights in the content

The learning content belongs to us. The transcriptions, transliterations, translations, word analyses, dictionary entries, lessons and app content are original works of MuFeed and are protected by copyright. They may be used within the app only, for personal learning.

Videos produced by MuFeed — marked in the app as originally published by us — are our property in full, and all of the restrictions above apply to them.

Other video clips are presented as learning material. Details of our content and copyright policy, and how to submit a removal request, appear on the Copyright page.

Changes to the service

We may change, add or remove features and content. The service is currently provided free of charge, and we may add paid content or features in the future — in which case we will give advance notice, and content already available to you will not be withdrawn without notice.

Ending use

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, and in the case of a serious violation, without prior warning.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. We invest considerable effort in the accuracy of the translations, transliterations and lessons, but we do not warrant that they are free of errors or suitable for any particular purpose. MuFeed is a learning tool and is not a substitute for professional translation services.

We do not warrant that the service will be available continuously or without faults. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

If we update these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page and give notice of any material change in the app.
