איך אני מוחק את החשבון שלי?
באפליקציה: פרופיל ← הגדרות ← מחיקת חשבון. המחיקה מיידית וסופית, וכוללת את המילון
האישי, ההתקדמות והמועדפים.
שכחתי את הסיסמה.
במסך ההתחברות יש אפשרות לאיפוס סיסמה בדואר אלקטרוני. אם נכנסת דרך
Google או Apple,
ההתחברות מתבצעת דרכם ואין סיסמה נפרדת.
מצאתי טעות בתרגום או בתעתיק.
נשמח שתדווח לנו במייל. ציין את הסרטון או את המילה, ונתקן.

Frequently asked questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent,
and includes your personal dictionary, progress and favorites.
I forgot my password.
The sign-in screen offers a password reset by email. If you signed in with Google or
Apple, authentication is handled by them and there is no separate password.
I found an error in a translation or transliteration.
Please let us know by email. Mention the video or the word and we will correct it.
I am a rights holder of content appearing in the app.
See the Copyright page. We remove content promptly and
without requiring legal proceedings.
When will the app be available to download?
We are in the final stages before launch. You can leave your email on the
home page and we will let you know as soon as it is available.
